View GHG Emissions Data

A total of 350 facilities reported their 2008 GHG emissions to Environment Canada, collectively emitting a total of 263 megatonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent of GHGs. This represents a subset (just over one third) of the emissions information contained in the National GHG Inventory. Environment Canada's website provides:

• a brief overview and analysis of the reported data;
• key data tables that can be viewed or downloaded; and
• a dynamic search tool to query the reported data.
